We provide services to our clients in their home and in the community. We provide disability support workers, assistant in nursing, Registered nurses and many more services to our clients directly. Our staff are professional, trained, screened, and supervised to provide services that are tailored to their goals. Incase, we are not able to provide certain services, our team liaise with other providers and make sure our clients get access to those services within their desired timeframe

AUS Support Service provides participants/ clients with 24/7 support in Sydney region. The wide range of services are as below:

People with Intellectual disability( Above 7 years - below 65 years)

- Cerebral Palsy

- Down syndrome

People with physical disability ( Above 7 years - below 65 years)

- Spinal Muscular Atrophy
- Amputation or congenital absence of 2 limbs
- Stroke patient resulting in control movement of at least 2 extremities
- Spinal cord injury or brain injury resulting in paraplegia, quadriplegia or tetraplegia

Nursing Care

Our nurses can offer a wide range of services to our participants.

- Medication administration.
- Administration of prescribed injection.
- Providing services related to chronic wound care.
- Assisting participants with PEG feed, stoma care.
- Assisting in changing SPC and IDC at home setting.
- Checking vitals of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patient.
- Setting up Intravenous drip as prescribed by doctors and providing ongoing care.
- Providing emergency care to patient with health complication that are within the scope of practice.

Domestic Care

Our support worker offers a wide range of services to our participants.

- Building rapport with client’s and their family members.
- Observing and reporting accurately on any changes in client’s condition.
- Applying practical intervention procedures to manage challenging behaviours.
- Assisting client-in-home with personal hygiene, meal preparation and general household.
- Assisting clients in the community with errands, shopping, appointments and other social outings.
- Interacting with family members and friends and other allied health member to ensure all care needs are met.
